excellent experiences with David and his sale team.
He had pleasant attitude to try the market, then came back with precise ranges of sale price. I believed he put all his Knowledge and skills to make this sale done so quickly and smoothly. I am very appreciated with him. Also very happy with the Property Shop since 2004. I will miss all of you.

A very nice person
David assisted our purchase of a property with honesty, he is very reliable, always returns phone calls and messages and went over and above to make the process smooth and stress free. David has very good knowledge of all aspects of real estate, legal systems and the gentleman way of carrying out business, he is a great asset to the property shop.

Sale of property in Mudgee
At all stages of the sale, Alyse was professional, approachable and communicative. It always felt like she had my best interest at heart, and cared about doing right by me. As it was my first home purchase I didn't know what to expect, but thought it would be far more stressful than it was. The process seemed seamless and at no time did I feel stressed or under informed!

Positive result
Sarah did a good job at showing me 54 Lawson St. It was an open house though so I don't interact with her much. I didn't like the market preview as I had no idea what the price would potentially be and when rang up to enquiry a week later she didn't have a price to tell us. She was quick to follow up and Andrew Palmer gave me the asking price which I thought was reasonable and after a 2nd viewing with him I decided to go ahead and purchase. As a combined effort I was happy with the service Sara and Andrew provided.
