Sara impresses me with her grasp of both the sale and purchase processes as she has acted for me in both since the beginning of September this year. Always approachable via phone, text, email or in person, Sara has been good to liaise with, especially when things are tense or deadlines pressing. Balancing the interests of both the vendor or purchaser, in which capacity I have been both, must be a challenge for a real estate agent and in my view Sara has got he balance right.
