I called Sara on the off-chance I could arrange an unscheduled inspection of a property at late notice. She happily agreed and we made a plans to meet at the property in a couple of hours. Organisational skills aren't my strong point and I got distracted which, unforgivably, somehow led to me missing the appointment and leaving Sara stranded at the property. I though she would be furious but she wasn't and we re-scheduled for later that day. Sara had great knowledge of the property and local area. Her style is helpful and attentive but not pushy. When we left the property she promptly delivered on all the information and follow-ups that she promised.
