we have just sold the last of the four rural residential blocks we held at Gulgong. the blocks were listed with two agents for maximum exposure to the market. as it turned out, all we needed was David. In a very short time David sold all four blocks. We have given him 9.5/10 because there is always room for improvement - but we think he probably deserves 10/10 for dedication and professionalism selling these blocks showed us just how important having a good agent is.
