No stress, full confidence and very happy with the outcome
Dave went above and beyond with the sale of my investment on Lewis street. I sold at a time when prices were dropping due to interest rates and inflation in 2022. I had pretty much given up and did decide to rent it out again for a few years. Dave campaigned with existing potential interests and never gave gave up. In the end, we settled on a price I was very happy with. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dave, his team and The Property Shop.

David provided us with a leve;l of proactive communication at every stage of the purchasing process. His counsel was informed and considered, his patience with us as purchasers and what at times was a complication process is incredibly hard to find in real estate. David supported us at every stage, was always accessible and proactively managed our expectations at all times. We feel fortunate to have had David lead the process for us and the vendor. We are incredibly grateful that David was the selling agent.
