He is a really great guy, educated about his career, honest , doesn't tell lies to sell, he will advise and show you advantages and disadvantages of what you're buying, very decent person and hard to find similar person these days

Above and beyond!
Jennaya definitely went the extra mile helping me to complete my purchase. For example, remembering that I had talked about building a shed on the property, she tracked down the original builder's plans that had a shed location already mapped out. Although I had a time-consuming amount of due diligence that needed to be completed, Jennaya was supportive during the entire process without ever being pushy. Highly recommended!

Patient and knowledgeable
After purchasing a property through Sara some years ago, I knew that if I ever sold a property she would be the first agent I contacted. Sara was extremely patient and understanding over an extended period of time as I carefully considered options. She checked-in periodically, but without making it feel as if I was being pressured into anything. After making the reluctant decision to sell, she provided supportive and helpful information as to what I would need to do to present the property. Her assessments of the best way to sell and estimates as to how long it would take to sell were incredibly accurate - her understanding of the current market situation for the area was spot on. She understood the unique aspects of the sale and the property, and tailored the strategy accordingly. Sara addressed issues as they arose regarding viewings, offers, marketing etcetera, intuitively anticipating my preferences. She communicated well and accurately with me, and I appreciate the extra steps she took to address changes as they needed to occur. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sara as an agent to work with for both vendors and purchasers.
