Patience and Persistance

We found Andrew to be a very reliable and honest real estate agent. He was always willing to discuss any matters that concerned us with the sale of our home. We always felt as though he was just as appreciative of the benifits of our property to prospective buyers as we were. He was open and honest with us through out the whole process and achieved a good sale for us in what was a difficult time for selling property as well as a property location that was out of the ordinary. We would sincerely recommend Andrew to anyone wishing to sell their property. Thanks Andrew!

Andrew made my experience of my buying my first home wonderful. He talked me through everything I needed to do patiently and was always available to contact if I needed. Andrew made me feel that he was truly trying to help me and the seller. And I received some beautiful flowers and some champers when Andrew delivered my keys. Thank you Andrew you never made me feel like I was just a sale.

I have had quite a bit of experience in the area of real-estate over the years and our experience with Andrew will continue to highlight the professionalism of this industry. Andrews customer approach and mannerism was excellent while maintaining his clients confidence and sales interests at hand. All communications during the purchasing process were conducted in a professional and timely manner. Andrews ability to engage the buyer in what I would describe as a "Soft Embrace" rather than a "Hard Sell" manner highlighted his underlying skills as a keen and talented sales person. Sound market advice and great blokes!

Andrew and his business partner Heath are both amazing people who are full of market knowledge. The Real Estate People listened to my ideas and provided sound advice to guide me in my decisions which led to both the sale of my existing home and the purchase of my new home. Their market pricing was spot on and their guidance was second to none! On top of it all they are great blokes who are comfortable to be around and very easy to talk to. It's also important to add that they are both incredibly patient! latest sale & purchase

What a great real estate person Robyn is, always there for you no matter what our request was. We have now used Robyn for the sale and purchase of 3 property's, with little or no stress at all, no request is to much for her. We had the pleasure of her taking us and showing us properties that was of interest to us. Robyn has also be our 2 daughters real estate person in finding their new homes. We would recommend Robyn to help find the home of your dreams and for the sale of your outgoing property.
