Trust in property management got restored
Came from various hops of property management including very well known names in market, to The reality group. Never met Ainsley in person for almost a year but the way she pay attention to details, her coordination and communication is outclass. Highly recommended!

Maintenance required
Whenever there’s a problem shayla is quick to get it rectified, lovely lady and very down to earth, shayla sends emails and lets us know who and when will be coming followed up by the contacts details and let’s us pick the day and time that suits us, great company to rent off and very professional Thank you Shayla for all your help

Poor Unsatisfactory
Poor, continually following up issues not delivered what I was promised. Waiting on for responses and issues to be rectified having to do the work myself while paying management fees

Outstanding Property Management
“I have been a landlord in the area for the past several years, and dealt with several property managers, who were assigned to “look after” my property, my interests and off course the tenants. I believe the role of the property manager must cover all of these three aspects in order to have a good investment. From a landlords point of view, it is expected that the property is monitored to ensure that the tenants are maintaining it well, that the tenant is listened to and genuine concerns or feedback regarding the property are passed on to the landlord, to be addressed. Additionally, a landlord expects that they are kept informed of market conditions, in order to stay intouch with prices etc. Real estate is a long term investment, and in order to survive this long term, and be able to sleep at night – you need to know someone is managing your property according to their “role” (not just a title) as expected from a property manager. Shayla Grenyer at The Realty Group delivers all of this for me. Most recently Shayla supported us with finding a new tenant, to replace what we had which was an excellent tenant. Her professionalism was second to none. She took her time, completed a thorough process and set us up with another outstanding tenant!! Thank you Shayla and the Team! Happy Landlord!!”
