Joanne was fantastic every step of the way. As a first home buyer I had limited knowledge of the buying/offer process etc. Joanne was always kind, professional and extremely helpful. She has a very thorough knowledge of the Toowoomba area including the outskirts and was always able to answer my questions. Even though she was essentially working for the seller of the property I felt like she went the extra mile for me as the purchaser. I will be recommending her to everyone.
