I had the pleasure of buying a property in Marsden Park through Vikram. Personally, I had never an agent who could be so honest and direct. from Day 1, he laid out the situation on the table, from the negotiation to the contract of sale. Because I paid the deposit of my property before I sold my existing property, Vikram, knowing the risks involved was quite prompt in addressing all the actions required of him (following up with the vendor, vendor solicitor etc.) He even went out of his way in advising how I should strategize my sale of my property in order to meet the deadline for the final settlement of the Marsden Park property and made regular catchup with me to understand my situation. Because of his diligent work and good ethics, I was able to get early access to the new property to relocate my stuff 2 days prior to the settlement. He has been truly helpful, and supportive throughout my journey, even though technically he was the seller agent. Thank you so much Vikram for your help and support.
