Tiana and her team have been a pleasure to work with - Tiana provided personalised service from a very early stage in our investment journey - providing insights on what renovation work was essential / what was a nice to have - and her knowledge and tips made our renovation plan seamless and so much less stressful than it could have been. This was all before we had signed up to our contract - amazing! Tiana provided recommendations on trades and services as well as recommendations on carpet / paint / blind / curtain colors and brands - all attractive but also hard wearing in preparation for tenancy. This saved us a lot of time, effort and money and we are so appreciative of this. Even during our 6 week renovation, Tiana was contactable for help and guidance - we cant put a value on how much this helped us. As we completed the renovation, Tiana came and helped us through the last few hurdles and we didn't think twice about listing our property with The Walmsley Group. Finding a tenant was seamless - Tiana's knowledge and guidance on tenants and understanding what to look for meant that we felt comfortable with her recommendations. We ended up with a secure lease with a great tenant for a 16 month period - we couldn't ask for more! The team are quick to respond to questions and we have no doubt that this is the start of a long and valued relationship - meaning a great experience for both the tenant and for us as property owners.
