Martyna was a very hospitable and attentive agent and was able to work around our odd working hours to answer our questions about dimensions, PO boxes, building works etc.. She is obviously passionate about property and living in the Adelaide hills and understands (first hand) the ensuing lifestyle. The price we negotiated for the house was very reasonable, considering recent renovations. The rear deck had not been approved by council and Martyna made sure that the responsibility was with the vendor and that this was clearly stated in the contract. In the most part, it was a very smooth exchange. Martyna met with us to hand over the house keys, and gifted a bottle of sparkling Pinot! A very relatable and personable agent - would refer to friends and family.
