He helped us get the property up to a very presentable standard, advised clearly and expertly on marketing strategy, dealt with prospective purchasers using firmness but in kid gloves , and took us to the sale without pressuring us but presenting everything with clarity. He even celebrated the sale with us as a friend. I had used large agencies previously to sell other properties, but the personal service and effort we recieved from this agency was another level.
