What could only be described as a near impossible task, but they somehow delivered for our family. I never give full 100% praise to anyone for anything hence the 4 stars but our family is extremely please with our outcome. I'm not going bother with theatrics of words because every persons situations are unique to them, other then to give them a shot and see how you go, but they know their craft and did it very well.

Nic's the best agent I've ever dealt with across any sale in my life. Communication, honesty, direct approach and genuine great guy👌 He's so great I used him twice! My next purchase in WA went under contract and Nic, worked me some magic. He went above and beyond by speaking with my WA agent, to help me secure my next OO home. My contract for next purchase was hanging by a thread, dates were crucial and Nic made my agent comfortable to proceed with me, the stars aligned and I've got my next home. I nearly cried, there were lots of similar properties up for sale where I was selling and Nic, delivered exactly as he said he would on our first phone call. When Nic said he believed our house would sell within 3 weeks he didn’t lie! Within less than 3 weeks we went from the house being put on the market to having the sold sticker in place! And all while getting us well beyond what we had hoped to sell for. He kept us updated the entire time an was always available for a call at a text regardless of time!
