While Ryan was fantastic with the sale of our home he has sold previous homes for us. This time around we found Kara was the person we dealt more with, she was absolutely amazing. I can’t begin to explain how at ease she put us, the communication was always there, updates as she got them. She came with her calm and confidence. As the place was rented on short term rental it was a tight timeframe to show the property. Also with a 6 week booking looming, it was extra tight. Joshua managed to find a buyer, who also bought it with the furniture, as I didn’t want to have to move furniture I didn’t need. Working with those requests alone made him a star!
