I originally found Karen while comparing recent sales in my area. After a quick chat on the phone she provided me with an estimated price based on my area which I'd bot been expecting. After finishing what I needed to do to list she provided her advice, which I followed, an outcome estimate, which was correct and a timeline. She was right on every call and realistic. If I was selling again tomorrow I wouldn't contact anyone else.
