What really made Karen stand out to us was how genuine and caring she was throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were "just another buyer" or that her only priority was the seller. She took the time to answer all of our questions, guided us through things we didn't understand as first-time buyers, and even helped us find a fantastic conveyancer which made the whole experience so much less stressful. Karen even went out of her way to drop the keys to us when we couldn't get to the realestate agent during business hours. She was always approachable, honest, and happy to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Buying a home can be overwhelming but she made the process feel straightforward and gave us confidence every step of the way.
