We originally tried to sell our home with another agent. That was a mistake, and it didn't go well. The first agent was more interested in themselves, than they were in our property. You know the kind... salmon-coloured suit, all polished and all talk, promising the world. Nic came on board and showed a genuine interest in the property, in communicating with us, and in getting a good result. He was attentive, honest, available and committed to developing a solid campaign. He genuinely showed up for us, went above and beyond and acted with integrity. Because of this, we got the result we were looking for. I wouldn't consider using another agent.

Ryan and his team were awesome, mate. They were always there to answer any questions, no matter the time. Ryan even recommended some other services like conveyancers, which was really helpful. We set a pretty high sales target for our property, and they not only reached it, they went above and beyond. The house was on the market for only a week, and we have to thank Ryan for getting us out there before a bunch of similar properties hit the market. We don't plan on selling again anytime soon, but if we did, we'd definitely use these guys again. The marketing campaign was top-notch, and everyone we worked with was great. We're really happy with our decision to go with Ryan and his team.
