We cannot Thank Ryan enough for making the process of selling uncomplicated. His communication and way of explaining things made leaving our home of 45 years a much easier prospect than we envisaged. He gave excellent advise a full year before we were ready to put the house on the market, answered all our questions and made time for us even though he knew we were still not quite ready to sign on the dotted line. Ryan then assisted with tips on getting our home Sale Ready once we had made the decision, he made the open house stress free, SOLD in the first week and continued to liaise to explain the next steps. Would highly recommend as great agent and a pleasure to deal with.
