Ryan and his team were understanding of the stress associated with selling a home, they provided suggestions to improve the look of the property, they provide me with a realistic market appraisal, talked me through the process and any question I had was answered in full. Rayn’s assessment of the market, his guidance on presentation of the property and having a realistic sale price was spot on. The experience of selling is stressful, but Rayn made the process a little smoother and simple, more importantly I got the price I was after, with Ryan’s experience and contacts I was also able to purchase again in a very short time frame. Overall, a disappointing experience. We signed with Ryan and believed he was the person we would be communicating with. The promise of good communication was unfulfilled. Whilst the home did sell, largely due to another colleague of his, I would not recommend.

I had all faith from the start! My Son and I were impressed with Reece from the initial meeting when he came to view my unit. I knew Reece would sell my unit and sell it quickly, which he did. In 2023 my unit remained on the market with another agent for 6 months and it didn't sell, in January 2024 I signed up with Reece and he had it sold from our first open home. The problem with selling our house was we had just put it on the market when interest rates started to rise but nic did everything he could to get a sale. No one could have worked harder and he always assured us it would sell and if we were to sell again I would get nic to sell it.
