Reece has sold two properties for me over the last year. I live in W.A so I am an out of state owner. The properties were tenanted under management. Another hurdle, I had the properties built a number of years ago but had never visited. I was totally hands off. Reece managed to work around tenants deal with the property management and my lack of up to date knowledge regarding the property. Both properties sold quickly without any delays or problems. I was very concerned with the second sale that the market had turned and it would be difficult to sell. That wasn't the case. Reece achieved a price I was very happy with.
