Personable and direct in dealings

We’d had a number of near misses to buy a property in Melbourne. We’re well accustomed to negotiation tactics in our work and had experienced some very dodgy dealings with different agents previously. Dealing with Michael was gladly nothing like this! Very professional offering excellent advice to best present the property

As well as advising on how to best present the property, John followed up with organising the works that were required. Furthermore, attending inspections outside the normal 'open for inspection' times was never an issue. Whilst a difficult property to sell for the asking price with no bidders at auction, John achieved my result very shortly. after auction! Well done John!
