MY PASSION FOR SELLING IN PERTH'S SOUTHERN CORRIDOR IS SECOND TO NONE. My successful real estate journey commenced way back in 2001 and I am the Director and Licence holder of Thrive Real Estate. A very important aspect throughout my career has always been to arm my clients with the very best marketing campaigns and selling strategies to enable their properties to have a competitive edge over their competition, and in doing so, achieve extraordinary high sale prices. My clients tell me that I have relentless enthusiasm for life and an infinite passion that’s always evident in my demeanor. Top-notch Agent

Derick is a true professional and all-round top-notch agent. Again, I was blown away by how quick the property sold and what was achieved. When Derick says he is going to do something; it just all happens in what seems a blink of an eye. Appraisal one day, photos the next, sign board up and 3 home opens, then multiple offers received, all in a week.
