Adam was so supportive of my goals and working with a tricky timeline from the 12th of November. I didn’t really think we could get the whole thing sold and resolved before Christmas. But after only 10 days on the market, that’s exactly what he did. Adam kept me informed throughout, was transparent and had a B plan if we had to enter the Christmas period with it not sold. He even helped me to navigate a tricky situation when an appliance stopped working. I would recommend Adam wholeheartedly.

Frank is clearly head and shoulders above other agents. Once you speak with him you'll quickly realise he's interested in two things; delivering on the type of sale you want and making sure you get great value from the sale. Unlike other agents where you have a clear agent/seller relationship, Frank liked to build a proper relationship with me, talking about life, giving advice both generally and to maximise my sale. Frank's prices are also very reasonable - at the lower end of fees I was offered by different agents. He also had a really wide network of potential buyers to bring through my property. It resulted in me having 22 different groups through during the first open home, and sold the property 2 weeks later to one of the buyers from his network. We got fantastic value from our sale, the same as we would have hoped to get via auction but without needing to go through the extra hassle. Can't recommend Frank highly enough - you're missing out if you don't at least have a chat with him about a potential sale.
