I’ve had the pleasure to deal with Adam and his team for a property purchase, management and sale. The reason that I contact him first is that he and his team take time to understand my requirements and work hard to achieve or exceed it. His knowledge of the industry, strategy for sale, constant communication, reporting and advice make the whole process seamless and successful.

I do not usually do reviews but I would have no hesitation recommending Adam and Time Realty. From our initial meeting through to settlement Adam was spot on in all aspects. We were always kept informed of progress and Adam's market knowledge was always correct and his advice throughout was exactly right and extremely timely. The campaign was excellent, the open days had great results and the eventual sale met all our expectations. Courteous, professional, timely, experienced, just outstanding.

My experience with time realty has been going for 18 years since 2005 where I purchased the unit through them. The leasing team was excellent in finding the right tenant through out this period, The accounting department headed by Leanne Jolly transferred the rent on time every time and finally the sales team headed by Adam did an excellent job through his marketing skills to secure the sale of this unit much faster than expected and best success in the future
