Tim made the selling process easy!

As interstate sellers with a tenanted property, we relied on Tim to make the process as smooth as possible for the tenants and for us. Tim arranged for maintenance of our property to ensure it shined in pictures and for potential buyers. He also made the effort to form a positive relationship with the tenants, meaning they were engaged in the selling process - keeping the property tidy for open homes and agreeing to extra open homes on short notice. Tim also kept us updated throughout the selling process, with regular phone calls and emails after each open home and during the week. When we needed some last minute changes to the contract the week before auction, he worked closely with our conveyancer and ensured all interested buyers were kept in the loop. On the day of the auction we achieved a result well above our expectations!
