Tim McInnes is widely regarded as one of the most successful agents in North Canberra, beginning his career in 2007. Starting out as a humble personal assistant to an agency owner, he made his way up through the ranks in one of North Canberra’s largest real estate agencies. In 2010, he was head hunted to become a co-director at another one of Canberra’s most successful agencies, where he helped build a strong sales and property management business over nine years. With their increasing success, Tim and his wife Annabelle reached a crossroads, and made the decision to branch out and create Timothy Road after having a vision to create a specialist company that focuses solely on the established market. Timothy Road is an exclusive company with a completely different structure to your typical real estate model. It is a company that lets homeowners know that it will only manage the sale of a specific number of homes at any one time. It is a brand that knows what it values and who it represents. This model allows for targeted strategies and marketing methods. Outside real estate Tim considers himself a family man who is passionate about fitness and travel. He looks to be an example for his young son in his day-to-day actions, and considers any past or present success he has accomplished, to be a direct consequence of being married to his inspiring wife, Annabelle.

Annabelle McInnes has been making her mark on the real estate pathway since 2018. Having been privileged to represent some of the district’s finest homes, she has made it her mission to elevate the sales experience for both buyers and sellers throughout the sales process. Utilising her public relations experience obtained in her executive roles in the public service, she showcases a robust expertise in IT, communications, public relations and change management. Annabelle is consistently researching market trends and establishing new innovative ways to promote, advertise and pivot a property in order to find the best buyer for a home. Fantastic sales result at Eric De Salis St, MacGregor

Tim did a wonderful job arranging the sale of our house in MacGregor. The marketing was highly effective and well produced. He made sure that I was kept informed every step of the way from the marketing campaign, open home inspections, what to expect during the auction as well as at settlement. The resulting sale met my expectations and has put my family in a strong position for finding our next home.

Tim made the selling process easy!

As interstate sellers with a tenanted property, we relied on Tim to make the process as smooth as possible for the tenants and for us. Tim arranged for maintenance of our property to ensure it shined in pictures and for potential buyers. He also made the effort to form a positive relationship with the tenants, meaning they were engaged in the selling process - keeping the property tidy for open homes and agreeing to extra open homes on short notice. Tim also kept us updated throughout the selling process, with regular phone calls and emails after each open home and during the week. When we needed some last minute changes to the contract the week before auction, he worked closely with our conveyancer and ensured all interested buyers were kept in the loop. On the day of the auction we achieved a result well above our expectations! We could not have been happier with the experience, and I would recommend Tim to anyone who wants to minimise the stress associated with selling a property and achieve an excellent result!

Very Professional Highly Recommended
