My partner and I were looking for our 1st home and landed on this property while driving around the suburb. Although we just missed the property inspection time, Sunny & Le went above their call of duty to provide us the inspection. Le and Sunny extended us all courtesy to explain and go over the process and paperwork in great detail understanding that we are 1st time buyers. There was always a personal touch in Sunny's explanation of the process, paperwork, time line & execution of the actual buying. From our offer, to having multiple inspections, to providing us insights on home buying & accommodating our requests due to our lack of background knowledge on home buying. He has an array of contacts who help you with loan brokerage & conveyancing who were also equally excellent with their work. Sunny and his team helped us get all our paperwork & our loan settled and continue to be tremendous support for us. I believe in Sunny & Kiran who was our broker for mortgage we made 2 new friends while getting a new home. Working with Sunny Singh has exceeded my expectations. As a first time home-buyer, me and my partner were not aware and familiar with any buying terminology or the best process people to involve. When we first met Sunny he was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me and my partner to explain how everything works. He wasn’t pushing us or gave us any false information about the property. He even recommended a lending agent who we ended up using and I greatly appreciate his contacts to ease the entire process for us. Sunny did follow-up and gave us friendly advises and was willing to meet us late in the evening for inspections also was available whenever we had any queries, he had put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight time-frame. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Sunny for his expertise in this!
