A stressful process made easy
Pathrina was absolutely marvellous to deal with. The process of buying a house is usually a stressful one and my experience has been that Agents generally add to the stress not take it away. Dealing with Pathrina was a completely different experience altogether. She put us at ease and communicated clearly with us. She obviously had an excellent working relationship with her vendor and this made the buying process simple and stress free. Whilst of course she was working in the best interests of her vendor we didn't get the feeling that she was acting contrary to what we needed to achieve but instead she was on everyone's team. I would therefore absolutely recommend Pathrina to buyers and sellers alike.

All round excellent service
We interviewed three agents and were glad that we chose Pathrina. Right from the start we noticed that she had a very positive energy about her and was very personable but also straight forward and professional to deal with. She knew just how to market our house. She worked hard to get us a sale price that we were happy with, whist treating the buyers respectfully also, and providing us valuable advice throughout the process. We are very pleased about how the sale was handled from beginning to end and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pathrina.

Local is Best
Pathrina first managed our property when we brought it as an investment in 2003. She then recommended a very suitable company to manage when Tobin no longer did property management. Since 2003 we have stayed in contact, especially during our renovations in 2008. Pathrina is an excellent communicator with outstanding local knowledge.

Selling my home with confidence
Suddenly last year my father passed away. My whole world was turned upside down. Not only did I have to deal with the emotional side of my loss but I also had to attend to all the responsibilities of my father's estate, one of these being selling the family home that I grew up in. I have known Pathrina for around 15 years through some of my personal friends and thought to ask her to come to my father's house to give me an appraisal and some direction as this was not your typical house sale. My family had lived at this house since the 1940's plus my father was a bit of a collector and hoarder. When Pathrina came to appraise the home for me she could tell I was a bit overwhelmed with the task at hand. I truly have to thank Pathrina for her professionalism and honest advice and support. From that day it took me a year & a half to clean up the property. Meanwhile, Pathrina provided support and advice through the whole time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pathrina as an honest and hardworking real estate agent. She helped me navigate many of the procedures and processes needed to get my father's house to market while getting me the best price possible. Her initial advice assisted me in presenting the house in the best possible light to potential buyers which resulted in over 15 bids for the property. Path tuna was a godsend.
Pathrina was amazing. She actually made selling our home of thirty years, a happy occasion . The whole process was hassle free as Pathrina knew when prospective clients were seriously interested. This saved us a lot of anguish about which offers to reject or think about as possibilities. Pathrina helped us prepare the house for sale presentation, with her advice.
