Great practical support and advice
This is the third time we have sold or bought properties through Trevor. Trevor was great to work with during the recent sale of Dad's property. He was considerate of the family needs and we felt supported, well beyond the simple sale of our house. He would call us often to tell us what was happening in the Gympie market and offered solid, practical advice on preparing the property for sale. I highly recommend Trevor if you are looking for a trustworthy person to support your realestate endeavours.

Best Agent to sell or buy with!
I met Jenny at a couple of properties whilst looking for my perfect place. Jenny always allowed me to take my time, was never intrusive or pushy. Jenny knew what I was after, when we spoke about this place, she knew it was perfect for me and my dogs and that it ticked all my boxes. She was right of course! Jenny balanced perfectly the need of both the seller and me as the buyer. Often you find agents pro one side towards the sellers or the buyer, but Jenny effortlessly balanced the relationships. Jenny knew what I was after and was responsive to all my questions and she made the whole buying experience enjoyable and stress free. Jenny's honestly and integrity is beyond reproach. I even called her for advice on selling my property, and whilst she was not by agent she gave me good sound advice and put me at ease. As a buyer I would not hesitate to recommend Jenny to sell your property, I highly recommend her as a great agent!

Sales of my mums house

Very satisfying experience buying through Tom Grady's.
We dealt with Peter Scott when buying our new property. Peter was very professional and very easy to deal with. His communication was great and was always quick to reply to any of our questions. The day we signed the contract Peter drove 2 hours up to the sellers to get them to sign and then another 2 hours back home. The whole process with Peter was faultless from start to finish.
