Once Tye got the sellers signature on the contract all was fine. We signed a contract for $510000 on the day of our inspection only to find a supposed 2nd party offering $520000 subject to selling another property. We had to match that offer to get sellers to sign. It appeared that the original contract that we signed was not worth much. Tye was excellent to deal with after that.
