I don't normally write reviews, only when the service is impeccable, and the whole process exceeds expectations. Tomoro surpassed this criteria! Our investment property was managed by Bec, who was a total professional. The perfect interface between owner and tenant. Emmy and Tye were the sales team, with most communications through Emmy. We received fantastic advice on where to spend our money to optimise the sale price. Emmy has great relationships with trades, who completed the work in a timely manner, for a fantastic price and with excellent workmanship. Emmy always conducted herself with integrity, had clear communication, and was a delight to work with. Our house had a signed contract within a week of listing, for a price that exceeded our expectations, and settled in 30 days! We're thrilled, and very grateful for our time with Tomoro!
