Professional, attentive and reliable
An absolute pleasure to work with, David kept me well informed around the progress of the sale and provided advice along the way, where I was unsure and lacked knowledge. The value range he defined was accurate in accordance to the market and he handled all aspects from preparation, advertising and sales contract in an extremely professional manner.

Difficult to deal with David
We bought property from him and without permission and did not tell us that he increase the rent. We try very hard to ask for keys and all documents for my new agent and he is not cooperating. I told him don't sign any rent increase during my purchase of this property but he ignored my request.

David is a fantastic guy to deal with his knowledge in his field of trade is great. He sold my property surprisingly quickly we didn’t expect this quick to be honest. His skills of negotiation really good. We’re very happy with David for selling our property. We totally recommend to anyone looking to put their property on the market. Very professional
The team at Top Agents Real Estate helped us sell our rental property in Springvale. The agent (David) was extremely professional in all dealings with us and worked really hard to sell the property as quickly and at the best price as possible. The team gave us great tips in the preparation of the house for inspection, and were extremely flexible with potential buyers, ie, regardless of what time or day of the week David would go out of his way to accommodate for the inspections. Thank you for the great lengths you went to to organize inspections with the tenants. We were extremely happy with the time it took to sell the property but more importantly we got a great price which exceeded our expectation by more than 10%.

David helped us sell our property in Clarinda with a price 10% above our expectation.
The experience we had with David Mao when selling our property in Clarinda exceeded our expectations. With his intimate knowledge of the Clarinda market David was able to prepare a marketing strategy that presented our property in the best possible light that attracted many potential buyers. The online pages, the paper brochures and the newspapers ads were all professionally made to the highest quality. Throughout the campaign David kept us informed every step of the way but that didn't last long as the property was sold before auction with a price that we were extremely happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David to anyone planning to sell their property.
