Rubal, Your the best, all the others are a pest. Seriously, we went to Melbourne's western suburbs, to our property, and saw other customers in the area selling with Rubal's face on their sales board. We gave Rubal a call, had a good chat, completed some forms, signed the agency agreement. A few days later, the site went live on the Thursday, first open on the Saturday, and we had a written offer on the Tuesday. We exchanged 2 days later. Great experience. Rubal knew his market.
