Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable agent who we would strongly recommend.

From our first meeting we were impressed by Mr. Kumar's quiet, professional manner and knowledge of the area. During the inspection and subsequent discussions our questions were promptly and honestly answered and our concerns understood and addressed. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision, we were simply given the information and support we needed to help us along the way. In all of our dealings with Mr. Kumar he has been patient, courteous and respectful. When closing the deal, he was instrumental in negotiating a settlement that we believe was fair to all parties. Once again, we strongly recommend Raj as an agent for either selling or purchasing a property.

Exceeded my expectations and delivered a fantastic result

What can I say about Raj and the team. He did a fantastic job with the sale of my home. Unlike other agents who promise the world and don’t deliver he did the exact opposite. Within 2 weeks he sold my property off market. He was professional, great communicator and most importantly very honest.
