We met with a few different real estate agents before deciding to list our home with Mohan from Top Estate Agents. The deciding factors were 1) Mohan was the only agent (out of 4 others) who picked up on small improvements we needed to make in our home (which we were already aware of) in order to list it at the price point we wanted. All the other agents complimented the look of the house but failed to really “look into” the small details which can make in impact in the overall presentation. 2) Mohan was confident in his ability to sell our house at the right price as we weren’t just interested in selling our house per se, unless we got the price we knew our house was worth! I believe if the house is good and is well presented at open homes it will attract buyers but it is truly up to the agent to negotiate with interested buyers to get us, the vendor the best price possible and that is where Mohan stands out in comparison to some of the real estate agents who are considered ‘top sellers’ in our area. Based on our personal experience we’d definitely recommend Mohan to anyone who wants to sell their house.
