I hired Raman to manage my property's rental & sale, for the first 4 weeks he had no clear communication with his rental team. Later Karan took over and managed well until the sale date. On settlement day when I called him to release my funds he asks me to contact his accounts team, despite being the selling agent Raman had no clue if my property has settled or not. I suggest he shows some professionalism & customer service even after the sale to maintain good relationship. I had a terrible experience with Raman, wouldn't recommend him at all. (Rest of the team did a great job)

No words can explain the amount of advice and help given to my wife and I by Mohan Singh. By chance we came upon this property and were attracted to it. On meeting Mohan, we saw an honest and humble person, and a person that says it like it is. In fact the help and advice we got from him was far more than what we received from our real estate agent UpHill that sold our property. Communication for me is very key and that is the essence of any relationship to last a long time. Communication with him was top shelf and no matter what time of the day or even late in the evening he answered our calls or messages, there was an instance when he was sick but still took my call. In hindsight, if I could do it all over again, I would hand over our property to be sold by him instead of the other guys. With Mohan, he doesn’t give you the impression of a typical car salesman, instead he treats your property as if it was his own and pays every attention to detail with the sale.
