We recently bought 43A Kalangedy Drive through Siva Kondepati, and we could not be happier with the experience. Right from the start, Siva stood out for his open, honest, and incredibly clear communication. He kept us informed every step of the way, making what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. What truly sets Siva apart, however, is his empathy and professionalism. When an unexpected family emergency arose, we needed to request an extension on our settlement deadline. Siva handled the situation with the utmost care, actively advocating for us and smoothly accommodating our request during a difficult time. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Perth who combines top-tier professional expertise with genuine compassion and integrity, we highly recommend Siva. Thank you, Siva, for going above and beyond for our family!

I could not have asked for a better seller agent to deal with on my recent purchase. Raymond was professional, ethical, friendly, and prompt in communication. He was generous in offering additonal advice with his insights into the local market and for our future planning. I would highly recommend Raymond to any sellers or buyers, and know who to look for in the future.

We’ve had some disappointing experiences with other agents in the area when it comes to professionalism and service. However, Raymond stood out as a rare gem — genuinely willing to work with us as buyers, which made the entire purchasing process a breeze. I would wholeheartedly recommend Raymond

We recently sold our home in Willetton with Raymond Chen, and as always, it was such a great experience. Raymond has helped us sell a few properties now, and every single time he makes the whole process feel easy and stress free. His knowledge of the market is spot on, and he always keeps us in the loop with clear and open communication. We really appreciate how professional he is, but also how approachable and genuine he makes the experience.
