Top class agent.
The manner in which this property was presented was very impressive, both in the literature and on the day of inspection, when Will and three of his staff were on hand to answer questions. Will made himself available at all times whilst we were offering for the property.

Will is the agent to get top dollar for sellers
We are happy with the sale by Will, only took 2 weeks to get multiple offers and Will got me a price i am happy with (broke the street sale price record). Will is very experienced at selling around the caridnale area and he is brilliant at negotiating. The only thing to note is that Will is extremely busy and usually can’t get hold of him on the phone straightaway, but he always calls back by end of the day.

Very Professional and Hard Working Agent
My wife and I decided to list our property with Will Torres and Torres Property because over recent years we had seen his profile grow in our area. We are now happy to say that we indeed made the right decision. We have bought and sold quite a few properties in our time. I have never dealt with such a professional outfit.
