By far and away the best Real Estate agent we have ever worked with. He manages expectations well and delivers on what he says he will do. We could not recommend him and more highly!!!!

Will is the agent to get top dollar for sellers
We are happy with the sale by Will, only took 2 weeks to get multiple offers and Will got me a price i am happy with (broke the street sale price record). Will is very experienced at selling around the caridnale area and he is brilliant at negotiating. The only thing to note is that Will is extremely busy and usually can’t get hold of him on the phone straightaway, but he always calls back by end of the day.

Very Professional and Hard Working Agent
My wife and I decided to list our property with Will Torres and Torres Property because over recent years we had seen his profile grow in our area. We are now happy to say that we indeed made the right decision. We have bought and sold quite a few properties in our time. I have never dealt with such a professional outfit. Will and his staff without exception were more than we hoped for. With Will's guidance we got our house ready for market. There were over 40 people at the first Open for Inspection. After only four days on the market, we signed an unconditional contract and we were very happy with the price. I have never seen an agent who works as hard as Will Torres.
