Both Rhiannon and Jackson were so easy to talk to and work with. We bought a house through them and then sold ours with them, and it was all a seamless process. Will is great. An excellent communicator and negotiator and very client focussed. We had a lot of set backs unfortunately with his team; mainly issues with communication that made things quite stressful for us. If the overall service was Will Torres I would rate a 5, but the whole thing as a whole let us down unfortunately. Sorry, have to be completely honest.
