The property being for sale needed very special attention to the way it was to be presented for marketing. Amir and the team from Torres gave a detailed plan for marketing, detailed costing for presentation, marketing and feedback method and timeline. All of these points were explained and followed to the letter to settlement date and even past settlement. The regular feedback by phone calls and email from Amir was welcomed. Dealing with property sale is very daunting as it is not often undertaken. Amir can certainly reduce the worry for his clients.
