I would like to mention that Amir Shamsi showed a great amount of professionalism, Amir was always punctual when an appointment was made, Amir has a great amount of Real Estate knowledge. I sought out the mostly used Real Estate company in my area with the most sales, the Torres sales team have a very good relationship with our neighbourhood and as such I met Amir, he provided me ideas on how to gain the most from the selling market. During the sales process it became evident that Amir was not just a salesman, he was a genuine person with the best interest for my wife and I to sell our house, we now have a friendship that will last many years, thank you Amir. Amir suggested we sell our house through Auction; we took Amir’s advice and went with the Auction option. Amir took on the role of being the Auctioneer and did an awesome job, he really worked the prospective purchasers and provided a great deal for the seller and the buyer. Amir talked about the possible challenges and we did struggle at first with Auction idea but Amir was able to let us overcome our struggles. From start to finish Amir provided us with service that was above and beyond, my wife and I do highly recommend Amir form Torres Property to take control of the sale of your house, we had a really good experience.
