Rhiannon recently sold a property for us and I couldn’t fault her from the start to finish. When we first met, I didn’t feel any pressure to engage her and I felt she was giving me an honest appraisal. During the lead up to the sale, Rhiannon maintained excellent communication and offered good advice regarding staging and fixing up a couple things. She worked hard to reach out to her network about potential off market opportunities before the listing went live. She coordinated the staging quotes and helped with meeting a tradesman to carry out repairs. It was a very low stress process for me.
