Excellent Experience with Jack!
Jack did an outstanding job selling our investment property. We put our house on the market last year but didn’t get the result we wanted, Jack approached us and we gave him the opportunity to sell it based off other houses he’s sold in the area. Jack achieved a fantastic result and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. The house next door was on the market at the same time, yet Jack achieved an extra $65,000 in half the time than the house next door, which rents for $35 more than our property. Jack was professional and negotiated multiple offers over our expectation, a great young agent.
