Torres Property made a very intimidating and stressful process go so very smoothly.
When my wife and I looked at down sizing, we needed to sell our Carindale house of 41 years. We looked at all of the realestate agents operating in the area. We very quickly identified Torre Property as being the most successful. During the selling process Torres Property was extremely engaging and assisted us greatly through the selling process. The preparation of marketing data including a comprehensive photographic portfolio as well as the styling was pivotal to the quick sale of our house. The open days were professionally handled by Torres staff. I would not hesitate in recommending Torres Property to any prospective seller.

A fortunate meeting giving us a wonderful result
Two months ago I flew from Sydney (where we live) , to Brisbane, arriving at Coorparoo to spend the day researching real estate values and meeting a couple of sales people. I have spent my entire career in Real Estate, Lynn and I fortunate to have owned agencies in partnership over 40 years. Research of the market place and finding the right salesperson within the right agency is everything if you want to have the right experience and successful outcome. Troy Traynor was not on my radar, I simply was going to Torres Property to do market research before I had my appointment with my first salesperson. Troy was the person who came out to meet me, and we chatted about the market. Troy asking me all the right questions. I asked Troy about his Real Estate experience, 9 years he said, and that’s an excellent time in the industry I have found. I asked another question, and we talked about his values, his work ethics, his workplace, and his current work. It was at that point, I thought “ this is who I’m looking for, this is who I want to sell our property”. So, the sale process unfolded, Troy linked me with people and services to help in preparing the sale, communicating with me over the many things needed to be done from 1,000 km away, and nothing was too much for him to do to help. His market expertise, his passion, and his work ethic all came together to produce a sale above our expectations. Totally Greatful
There is probably not enough words that I could find to express how I feel about the "POSITIVE" Experience I had with Will Torres and His Team at Torres Property. I recently had to sell my Mum's Family Home, of the past 50yrs, to fund medical costs for her current and future Care and Medical needs. Will and his Team were Caring, Sympathetic and very much Professional in the way in which he, and they, presented and managed his/their interactions with me from our first meeting upto and including the Advertising and Sale of my Mum's Property, 3 Lymm Street, Mt Gravatt East.
