Exceptional
Rhiannon and Will from Torres Property were the absolute best to deal with. Their Professionalism and knowledge exceeded any other Agency I have ever dealt with. They were both extremely hands on with every little detail. Always contacting me as soon as the open house was over with updates. Going over every detail so I was informed every step of the way. Not only were they experienced and knowledgeable in regard to the real estate. They were just so nice and both were really lovely friendly people. For me and my husband it’s Torres forever. We won’t ever sell with anybody else. The whole process was extremely easy and stress free knowing they were representing us with our sale. Honesty I can’t recommend them highly enough. Torres Property made a very intimidating and stressful process go so very smoothly.
When my wife and I looked at down sizing, we needed to sell our Carindale house of 41 years. We looked at all of the realestate agents operating in the area. We very quickly identified Torre Property as being the most successful. During the selling process Torres Property was extremely engaging and assisted us greatly through the selling process. The preparation of marketing data including a comprehensive photographic portfolio as well as the styling was pivotal to the quick sale of our house.
