When we started this process, our intention was to 'interview' six agents to determine who would be the best person to represent us as our real estate agent. Amir was the first agent we met and from the moment the first meeting with him, we felt that we had found the agent for us. Amir is the type of person who goes above and beyond what can be reasonably expected from an agent. He was on call every day and all day to assist us and answer any questions we had. Amir listened carefully to our needs and satisfied us with his responses. Amir was amazing at encouraging prospective buyers to look at our property, holding multiple Open Houses to put the property in front of as many people as possible. He brought over a hundred people through our property and we had multiple offers. Amir was realistic in his approach and offered us practical advice. The Torres property supports Amir by providing language support with foreign buyers and advice on how to market and follow up prospective buyers. Amir's follow-up with buyers is second to none.
