When we first met Will he came prepared with a complete review of comparable properties for sale and sold recently in our immediate area. After he had inspected our property he had a number of suggestions to help us get the best price that other agents we had interviewed did not offer. Having followed Will's advice we then put our property on the market via the RealEstate.com and Domain websites. Will had arranged open days on both Saturday and Sunday and there were 16 couples that turned up over those two days to view the property. Out of those we got two written offers. The first offer we accepted fell through but Will had a second buyer lined up the same day offering the same price that we had previously accepted. There is a short settlement period and the contract is already unconditional (four working days after signing the contract). We are extremely happy and satisfied with Will's professionalism, communication style and attention to detail during this process.
