The market, and its intricate relationship with cost of living and interest rates are clearly second nature to Steve , resulting in a confident understanding of the current market value of a particular property.Excellent customer relations and communication with both seller and buyer and accomodation of each parties needs , if possible.Good communication with conveyancing solicitors Would certainly use Steve again for any future transactions
