Excellent Communicator and negotiator

Kostya has sold a property for us previously [with outstanding results] and so we invited him to sell an investment property for us. This was a much more difficult process given the increase in interest rates and government tax changes which effectively removed investors as potential buyers. Kostya gave us sound advice throughout the process which was logical and accurate. With him in our corner we were still able to sell our property within 1 week from the first open house. We also received an amount that we expected following Kostya's persistent and effective negotiation skills. The buyer was a very difficult person to deal with however Kostya remained calm & professional and had our best interests at heart. This removed any angst from our lives. Again, we thank Kostya for all his hard work, and we will certainly be utilizing his expertise and professionalism again in the future.
