Professional, Friendly with a wealth of property knowledge

From the very first meeting we felt completely relaxed with Kostya's knowledge and marketing approach as well as his friendly and non-pushy demeanor. Kostya kept us informed throughout each stage of the sales process and gave us some valuable advice with regards to refurbishing our property. Kostya did not give any false hope with regards to property values and in our case, he was 100% accurate. In a changing market, with his skills he was able to still get the same price that he originally estimated even though a change in interest rates eliminated many potential buyers just days before the first open house.
