My first choice for an agent to sell or buy

I put my apartment on the market with another agent and it sat for six months. Plenty of people came through but no buyers. I decided to try a different agent and chose Town Residential. My place was sold within 6 weeks. In summary there are three thing that puts Kostya ahead of the rest: 1. There's always a way around a situation 3. Kostya talks to you straight from the shoulder. No BS, no back patting, he's there to sell your place and doesn't beat around the bush. He talks to you straight up about what needs to be done to get there. I'm happy to rate Kostya and Town Residential
